Jimmy Johnson is the founder of Sanddollar Communities, which focuses on the sourcing of off market, direct to seller, mobile home parks. He has closed 94 mobile home parks in 20 states & is eagerly approaching his 100th park closed! 

 Jimmy also founded Sanddollar Communities Management, a mobile home park management firm who manages a growing portfolio of 2,500 sites over 65+ parks across the country

 Jimmy's latest business venture & passion project is The Fish Print Shop; which prints replicas of your trophy catch, and is a modern/artistic spin on traditional taxidermy 

 Jimmy lives in Tampa, Florida and is an avid boater & tournament fisherman.  Him & Danielle just had a newborn boy, Marlin, & are loving life with him!
